Tony joined RSC Energy in October of 2023 as the Director of Labor Relations. Before joining RSC Energy, Tony spent ten years with one of the largest Telecom Infrastructure companies in the country. There he managed large national accounts and market operational teams, as well as served as advisor to executive leadership. His role drove large-scale improvements in Safety, Profitability, and Efficiency across the country. Tony brings over 25 years of experience building strong customer relationships, corporate troubleshooting, and financial analysis to RSC Energy along with his background in the US Navy.
In his new role, he will strive to create and develop new clients by providing them with an unparalleled customer experience and helping RSC Energy continue to be a leader in Construction, Industrial, and Marine staffing.
